I take inspiration from every facet of existence, from sad or shameful moments to challenging or proud moments. In a similar way, I have no one idol, but I look up to many around me. It does not matter what their age, gender or race are - what matters to me are their values, thoughts and actions through which these are upheld. People working in both a smart and hard manner, and people working towards perfection inspires me a lot. I think there is a scarcity of leaders working for good causes. I am yet to meet such a leader. The people who can sacrifice their own interest for the benefit of society are the real leaders. I have heard of a few but have not met any yet. ( read more)

A good leader must live meaningfully in their lives before leading anyone. They are not only good in commanding, they must be dynamic and diverse, inspiring everyone around them.
They must know how to listen and solve the issues in their community. A good leader needs to be determined, making correct decision and have courage during blunders.
